Our fearless leader Tanya brings over thirty years’ experience as a human resource professional, consultant, researcher, lecturer and facilitator. Her strengths lie in the areas of strategic human resource management, workforce analytics and planning, and organisational cultural change.

Recognised by the Australian Human Resource Institute, Tanya is also a Certified Fellow HR Practitioner and the Executive Director of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Board.

Passionate about creating unique solutions and strategies for the workplace, Tanya is the glue that holds Tailored Solutions together and keeps it running like a shiny, well-oiled machine.

Katie Hancock

Designer. Problem Solver. Trusted Advisor

When it comes to client support, Katie is your go-to guru. Katie is the ‘solutions designer’ at Tailored HR Solutions and with degrees in Science and Psychology brings an evidence-based view to the problems our clients are facing. Before joining Tailored HR, Katie led Hudson’s talent management practice for six years before joining the Department of Human Services as a Senior HR Business Partner for a further three years. The combination delivering solutions from both the outside as a service provider and from the inside as a business partner, has given Katie a unique skillset from which to build solutions and view client needs.

With a strong track record in delivering high level service and transforming behaviours and attitudes in the workplace, her expertise in creating strategies, particularly for clients going through transitions such as culture change, has helped many individuals and businesses. Key to Katie’s success has been the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with her customers, based on trust and the provision of excellent service, advice and delivery of results and she is driven to exceed client expectations on every project she is involved with.

Tessa Hammond

Thinker. Energetic. Creative

With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canberra under her belt, over the last six years, Tessa has gained widespread experience in internal audit, external audit and consulting engagements across a number of sectors and industries.

Tessa is typical of her generation, with burning ambition and goal orientation combined with a genuine desire and need to work with and connect with others to find real meaning in her work.

Her data compilation and analytics capabilities are second-to-none, as is her character for building and sustaining strong relations with clients. With her thirst for knowledge and research on contemporary HRM practices, Tessa is currently completing her Masters in Human Resources Management and continues to bring her learnings into practice.
