THRS was engaged to conduct a comprehensive research project aimed at reinforcing a major inland city in Queensland's vibrant Education and Training sector. Our team undertook a thorough environmental scan and analysis to gain deep insights into the current challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

Through this collaborative effort, we identified key themes and strategies to mitigate key workforce risks and enable future talent pipelines. Our data-driven HR capabilities and macro-level perspective provided a robust foundation for our findings, which were outlined in the resulting report, along with actionable recommendations to build the talent pipeline necessary to support the region’s economic and population growth.
