THRS embarked on a journey with the women’s support services provider to design and implement a holistic HR operating model that spanned the entire employee lifecycle. Our partnership touched each critical aspect in the process - from organisational and job design, to recruitment and selection, capability development, values and behaviours, and employee transitions.
Central to this transformation was the implementation of an HR information system (HRIS) and the co-design of the organisation's purpose, vision, and values statements. These initiatives not only streamlined HR operations, but also aligned the workforce with the core mission, driving deeper engagement and enhanced performance across the organisation.
Key activities
HR Systems Review and Operating Model Design: Conducted an in-depth review of existing HR systems, identifying key areas for improvement. Leveraging these insights, we designed a comprehensive HR operating model supported by clear, transparent frameworks, processes, and procedures to guide all stages of the employee lifecycle.
HRIS Implementation: Implemented a HRIS to efficiently manage HR and employment-related data. The HRIS also effectively streamlined critical processes, such as performance management, capability development, training, and compliance, establishing a centralised platform for HR operations.
Purpose, Vision, and Values Definition: Co-designed the organisation’s purpose, vision, and values statements, embedding them across all aspects of the employee lifecycle and value proposition (EVP).
Targeted Capability Development: Developed and delivered evidence-based capability uplift, targeted to addressing existing gaps and building a skilled, motivated workforce aligned to the organisation's current needs and future growth.
